TEHRAN, Feb. 17 (MNA) – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov turned to undisguised irony, during the 55th Munich Security Conference, when snubbing a question from a Washington Post journalist about Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The unexpected response led to an outburst of laughter and applause from the audience.
